Relentless Collision

Excellent work! Josh was very helpful, courteous and professional! The body work technician was also excellent! I thought the repair was going to involve replacing a molding, possibly a wheel and some body work on the bumper. In 15-20 minutes it was all like new just by buffing out the scuffs and scratches. This was work done on a new car, I wanted it to continue to look like a new car and it does! I highly recommend Josh and the crew at Relentless Collision in Durham!

I could write a long post about Relentless Collision, but the bottom line is—they did an amazing job. Maggie went above and beyond to take care of me and fix the mess left by another shop. She truly brought my Lexus back to new , and I’m beyond grateful for the excellent service. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Josh at Relentless Collision in Durham, North Carolina, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Their team delivered excellent, professional customer service throughout the entire process. Communication was clear, timely, and helpful, keeping me informed every step of the way. The quality of work was top-notch—my vehicle looked and performed like new upon return. I was especially impressed with how spotless and clean the car was when I got it back. Every detail was taken care of, and it showed. Overall, it was a seamless and positive experience. I highly recommend Relentless Collision to anyone looking for…

When they say Relentless they mean relentless. They went to bat for me on my behalf for my custom colored Atlas that they nicknamed " mustard". They made sure that my car was intact and everything looked great on my repair I would recommend them every single time because of their customer care and their constant communication and making sure that my car was returned to me as whole as possible. When I say that I mean that I had some custom add-ons to my vehicle that were not available at the factory so he (josh) made sure I was aware and how to go about getting it done and he also made the insurance aware that that needs to be added in as well. I have no cons at this time. Relentles…

My car looks brand new! My only complaint was the long process - over 2 months without my car while in repairs and negotiations with my insurance company and limited communication. In the end I am beyond impressed with the quality of work and detail. They even cleaned my car inside and out!
