This location really needs to work on their communication, with each other AND with customers. The day my car was towed in I was told there were 2 cars ahead of my vehicle. I’m finally getting my car back a week and a half later after having to constantly call them. Every time I received an update, I had to call them several times a day to make sure they were handling what they told me. If I wouldn’t have shown up today, I’m sure my car would still be sitting. I believe they take in more cars than they can handle and it causes them to keep cars longer than needed. I unfortunately will not be using them again.

I really appreciate this shop's staff for their friendliness and upfront pricing. They communicate clearly and provide details for everything going on in my vehicle, while also listing accurate, reasonable pricing for what I will pay to walk out the door, no hidden fees. I've gone in for a few oil changes now, and today for a check engine light. They very quickly got it addressed, diagnosed, and repaired, letting me know what they are doing, and how much it would cost, every step of the way. I was in today for the first time to have some service. I was very impressed by all employees I saw who were customer facing. From the manager to the techs all went out of their way to be helpful. Tip: get there early.

Took my car up there bout a week and a half ago. Just got car back today after a week of repeated calls and the run around and that “nice mechanic act”. Then we did not receiving any true answers on the car true issues until I went up there 3 days in row to press them on what the issue was. Then they tell me they well discount price for the in convenience of how long and how many times we’ve brought the car to them for basically the same issue. Then they charge us $630 for labor which was more that the part it self lol part was $550 And it only took a few hours (if that) today to replace the part. Precision Tune Auto Care does very good work. The store and waiting area are clean and well-kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. Just keep in mind, if you don’t have an appointment, you might have to wait a while. Overall, a great place for car service.
