Five stars, highest marks for friendly, professional, straight-forward service on my Mini Cooper. From first contact on the phone to car fixed and driving home took just 1 day, but with no haste or corner cutting. Chris, the mechanic, took time to answer my questions and point out details I would not have noticed otherwise. A very trustworthy shop!
